COVID 2019 e Filiere di Intervento


Cosa possono avere in comune la pandemia del COVID-19 e le supply chain ? Molto, anzi moltissimo...


Il COVID-19 sta facendo emergere tante lacune ma ha fortemente amplificato la necessità della digitalizzazione e diuna maggiore efficienza nei processi. Gli interventi in ambito sanitario possono anche seguire un approccio per filiera (supply chain) , il che consente di focalizzarsi su varie tipologie di intervento, ottimizzando così le preziose e poche risorse a disposizone, e soprattutto garantendo un servizio più efficace.


Ho preso spunto dall’approccio proposto da Peter Bolstorff, che affronta l’emergenza coronavirus in un’ottica di filiera (supply chain), adattando il modello alla realtà italiana.


L’approccio per filiera, che fa riferimento al modello SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) dell’, consente di mettere in evidenza esigenze specifiche, di adottare una strategia mirata e risolutiva per le reali necessità dei cittadini e dei pazienti.


Si considera, infatti, per ogni filiera, un set specifico di risorse, competenze, servizi offerti, best practice, processi e metriche.


Aspetto oggi particolarmente critico: ogni filiera ha le sue priorità e rischi, e le conseguenti azioni di mitigazione da adottare.


Questa matrice aiuta a definire le filiere da gestire in modo appropriato: ogni crocetta rappresenta una supply chain proposta.


Il modello elaborato, inteso come proposta iniziale suscettibile di miglioramenti ed approfondimenti, è sostanzialmente diviso per classi di individui: coloro che hanno facilmente accesso alle strutture sanitarie da coloro concon maggiore difficoltà.
