Dr. Paul Jilani is an accomplished Global Supply Chain Management Expert and Business Analyst with over 15 years of extensive experience in leading and managing Supply Chains, Direct and Indirect Procurement, Logistics Management, and Business Analytics processes. In his professional career, he has held various roles and achieved notable accomplishments. As a Board Member of the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board in Kenya, reviewed and determined tendering and asset disposal disputes, achieving a high success rate of 97.3% for decisions made by the Review Board. He is serving as the regional representative for East and West Africa at VCARE Academy. Prior to that, he served as a Procurement and Factory Stores Controller at Tetra Pak, where he managed procurement processes, coordinated strategic sourcing, inbound and outbound logistics, and optimized inventory management.

Dr. Jilani has a strong academic background, including, a Doctorate in Global Supply Chain Management from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, an MS in Business Analytics from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, Alabama; an MBA in Procurement and Supply Management from KCA University, and a BBA in Entrepreneurship from Kenya Methodist University. In terms of academic experience, Dr. Jilani has served as a Supply Chain Management Adjunct Faculty at Union College in New Jersey, Additionally, he has been an Adjunct faculty member at KCA University and Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He is a Chartered Member (CMILT) of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) UK, a member (MCIPS) of The Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) UK, and a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) United States, and a licensed member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM). He is a Certified Healthcare Supply Chain Analyst (CHSCA) and a Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA) from the International Supply Chain Education Alliance in the United States, and a Certified Stores and Stock Controller (CSSC) from VCARE Academy in Canada.

Throughout his career, he has been invited to give talks and presentations on topics related to supply chain management, the circular economy, and the impact of COVID-19 on supply chains. He has also conducted training and provided consulting services for organizations. In addition to his professional achievements, Dr. Jilani has been actively involved in volunteer work, including serving as a Logistics Inventory Control Lead at the American Red Cross Mississippi and Alabama region, and holding leadership positions in organizations such as The President of the Graduate Student Association at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, Alabama.
