The Hidden Enterprise
Patrick is an engineer, specialized in Industrial Management and Operations Research, with more than 30 years of experience in the field of ERP and Supply Chain Management. His background spans Business Consulting, Project Management, Sales Leadership, and Supply Chain Innovation Advisory at renowned organizations such as Infor, Oracle, and SAP. And not to forget, as a management consultant, he has also guided organizations through their ERP selection process and digital transformation programs.
As an independent and unbiased strategy consultant, he now helps organizations to unlock hidden potential within their value chains by challenging the status quo, questioning outdated processes, cross-functional friction hunting, exposing inefficiencies, and define the future vision to pave the way for Process Innovation and meaningful Digital Transformation. ERP & Supply Chain Technology Selection, from Vendor Selection to Contract Negotiation and Project Management, is also part of his playground.
His approach, The Hidden Enterprise, offers a holistic perspective that goes beyond surface-level processes to uncover what is often overlooked. Within every enterprise lies another "hidden" enterprise, where people and processes keep running, not out of purpose, but out of habit.
