Mansoor Iqbal is a transformational supply chain leader with over 25 years of experience driving operational excellence, supply chain & logistics innovation, and procurement strategy within high-stakes defense and aerospace environments.
Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Chain Pulse Research & Consulting (CPRC), he leads a dynamic think tank and advisory organization dedicated to value chains transformation of supply chains. CPRC provides cutting-edge training, consulting, and industry research to public and private sector organizations across diverse industries including but not limited to defense, manufacturing, energy, FMCG, healthcare, and aviation.
Mansoor’s legacy of leadership began with the Pakistan Air Force, where he held multiple top-tier command and strategic roles in supply chain management, procurement and logistics operations. As Director of the No 103 Air Logistics Centre, he oversaw 24/7 logistics operations across 20 geographically dispersed warehouses, managing over 150,000 SKUs and maintaining critical inventory for 23 aircraft platforms. Under his leadership, a workforce of more than 850 logistics professionals ensured consistent fleet readiness with daily movement of over 900 consignments, supporting a defense ecosystem valued at more than $1.5 billion.
A key architect of ERP modernization within the PAF, Mansoor led the end-to-end design and deployment of enterprise logistics modules, driving automation, data integration, and policy compliance. His forward-thinking approach brought global best practices to national defense logistics and set new benchmarks in accountability, efficiency, and audit resilience.
In his international role as Director of F-16 Supply Chain, Procurement Logistics, he was instrumental in managing the U.S. Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program, coordinating cross-border logistics partnerships with the USAF, Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI), and the Royal Jordanian Air Force. His command of multi-lateral contracting, vendor alignment, and performance-driven supply models made him a trusted liaison in defense diplomacy and logistics continuity.
As Director of Procurement Contracts and later Director of Policy & Audit, Mansoor reengineered procurement strategies worth hundreds of millions of dollars, building compliant, transparent, and resilient systems. As Advisor to the Chief Internal Evaluator, he helped shape high-level strategic policy, leveraging ERP analytics, risk management, and compliance frameworks to support operational integrity at scale.
Mansoor’s impact extends beyond operations—he is a strategic mentor and educator. Over his career, he has designed and led training programs for more than 4,500 supply chain professionals, equipping future leaders with the technical and strategic capabilities needed in today’s volatile and interconnected global landscape.
Now, through CPRC, Mansoor is helping organizations navigate the complexities of modern supply chains—from digital transformation and supply chain risk management to circular value chains, ESG compliance, and smart procurement. His thought leadership is grounded in real-world execution and aligned with emerging global standards, enabling clients to future-proof their operations.
Mansoor Iqbal’s academic foundation reflects a blend of strategic insight and technical mastery. He holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Studies from the prestigious National Defense University, Islamabad, equipping him with a deep understanding of geopolitical dynamics and strategic decision-making. He further enhanced his expertise in supply chain and logistics through multiple specialized diplomas, including a Higher National Diploma in Supply Chain Management from NUST (National University of Sciences and Technology), and a Higher National Diploma in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the United States Air Force, 37th Training Group. His formative training in logistics began with diploma from Pakistan Air Force Academy Risalpur, where he laid the groundwork for his exceptional career in defense logistics and supply chain leadership.
