Dyci Manns Sfregola

CSCP, MS

Founder and Managing Director

New Gen Architects

After graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in Spanish Linguistics and Literature, Dyci moved to Europe where she began her professional experience in sales and marketing in Italy and Germany, working with iconic brands like Mazda and Jaguar Land Rover. She later returned to school to study Industrial Engineering at Kennesaw State University and completed her studies with a Master’s in Engineering Management.  As a self-proclaimed problem solver, she gravitated toward supply chain management consulting where she worked with companies across industry verticals of various sizes, from startups to multinational billion dollar enterprises, helping them to leverage technology and engineering processes to improve supply chain execution and operations.

Dyci holds a Certified Supply Chain Professional certification from APICS/ASCM and she is also a certified Anaplan model builder and trainer and a member of the Council for Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). She leverages her liberal arts background, multilingual skills and technical education to lead project teams across geographical regions, drive user adoption of digital business tools, and uncover new ways of working in the supply chain in order to achieve strategic business objectives and realize return on investment of tool implementation. Her expertise lies in process improvement as it relates to S&OP and inventory management, change management and user adoption of digital tools, and collaboration across the value chain.

In addition to serving small and medium businesses as the Founder and Managing Director of New Gen Architects, she helps guide large enterprises through supply chain technology implementations as a Supply Chain subject matter expert for Keyrus EPM Americas. She is passionate about finding new ways of planning and executing business operations and her thought leadership has been featured on Supply Chain Now, BICARA Supply Chain podcast, and the Supply Chain Revolution.
