Anna Trapeznikova

Director of Supply Chain

Caribbean Group

Anna's vision has been shaped over more than 13 years of a career in building, launching, and adapting international end-to-end Supply Chains in a highly volatile emerging market.

Anna has extensive practical expertise in developing start-up businesses, creating systems from start to finish, crisis management, and streamlining business process optimization. She worked with diverse product groups that include medical equipment, implants for neurosurgery, plumbing, household appliances, garment manufacturing, food products, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). She launched the manufacturing of tea, clothing, and household appliances at factories in Asia and Europe.

Her competencies include boosting revenue growth, expanding operations, and dealing with volatile markets.

Despite the recent global restrictions imposed on Russia due to COVID, sanctions, the closure of Russia's borders (both land and sea entry), military conflict, the disconnection of Russia from the world's payment systems, etc., Anna was able to ensure the smooth functioning of the international supply chain and business growth for her clients.

Currently, Anna serves the Caribbean Group as the supply chain director. She also has a private practice where she offers consulting services in the areas of strategic sourcing, procurement, reducing expenses, operations transformation, supply chain optimization, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Anna holds a Supply Chain degree from St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance and a Restorative Medicine Doctor degree from Northern State Medical University.
