Currently serving as the Global Supply Chain Director for the Juices platform at Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC), a world leader in agricultural commodities, André is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain, from raw material planning to international product delivery. In this role, he leads a team of professionals across four continents. He manages a complex operation spanning from farms to market, with responsibilities that include integrated planning, logistics, international execution, and digital transformation.
Prior to his current role, André held several executive positions in Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Advanced Analytics. André's career is distinguished by his forward-thinking approach and his passion for leveraging technology to solve complex challenges. He has a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions, including AI-powered SCM platforms, satellite-based crop monitoring systems, supply chain digital twins, and comprehensive digital transformation roadmaps. His ability to inspire and develop diverse, cross-cultural teams has been a key factor in his success, enabling him to foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
